Q: What is the difference between the Heavy Duty Wall Hanger and the ones advertised on tv?
A: Our Heavy Duty Wall Hangers are actually the original. We invented them in 1992 and have been giving our customers the best prices and customer service for over 15 years. The design of our Heavy Duty Wall Hangers are almost identical and work exactly the same.



Q: Will the Heavy Duty Wall Hanger work in plaster walls?
A: Yes they will work in plaster walls. It will take a little more effort to install by hand and we suggest drilling a small pilot hole first to make it easier.



Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.



Q:Can I pay with a check?
A:Yes we accept checks and money orders. Continue through the order process as if paying by credit card and on the payment option page select "pay by check". We will ship your order as soon as we receive your check.
